Lightly battered and fried to perfection, Najil Tempura offers a crispy exterior that gives way to the tender, flaky fish inside. It’s a dish that perfectly encapsulates the fusion of Japanese and Saudi culinary traditions. Gali Gyoza was first introduced during last year's Saudi National Day celebration. The response was overwhelmingly positive, and because our guests loved it so much, we decided to make it a permanent addition to our main menu.
