Discounts Terms & Conditions
General Terms
- Validity Period: Discounts are valid every day, excluding public holidays and special events.
- Dining Conditions: Discounts are applicable for dine-in only.
- Reservation Requirements: Eligible individuals must mention their eligibility when booking a table through Wakame’s call center or website.
- Proof of Eligibility: Staff discounts require showing a valid employee card. Other discounts require the relevant loyalty card, bank card, etc.
- Combining Offers: Discounts do not apply to offers or combos, and cannot be combined with each other or with other promotions.
- Non-Transferable: Discounts are non-transferable and can only be used by eligible individuals.
- No Cash Value: Discounted amounts cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Right to Refuse: Wakame reserves the right to refuse service or the discount if guests do not follow these terms and conditions.
- Modifications: Wakame reserves the right to modify or end these discounts at any time without prior notice.
- All discounts can be used once a day.
Eligibility and Discounts
Loyalty Programs and Apps
WAKAMONO Loyalty Members:
- Discount: 15% on every visit
- Birthday Discount: 30%, valid only when visiting on the member’s birthday
- Locations: Jeddah only
- How to redeem: Show the barcode on the Wakamono loyalty card
- Members get 1 stamp for every order
- Members must be between 14 and 22 years old, and must show their ID to verify their details
- The Wakamono card is non-transferable and can only be used by the cardholder. Wakame reserves the right to cancel the card
- Wakamono discounts are not limited to the days and times in the General Terms above
SDC APP:
- Discount: 15%
- Locations: Jeddah only
- How to redeem: Scan the SDC app QR code
- Valid until: July 10, 2027
